Replacement and Refund Policy

6-Month Link Replacement

Every link we place, including trial posts, is covered for 6 months from the date it goes live. If the link or article is removed, or the link is changed to nofollow, during that time, we will replace it with a link of equal or better quality at no extra cost.

To request a replacement, email the live URL from your report to rauf@whitehatseobacklink.com.

What Is Not Covered

• Changes you request to a live article or link after publication
• Links removed because the promoted page was deleted, redirected or changed to content the publisher does not accept
• Websites that go offline more than 6 months after the publish date

Refunds

If we cannot deliver a placement you have paid for, we will refund the amount for that undelivered placement or, if you prefer, credit it to a future order. Placements that have already been published are covered by the replacement guarantee instead of a refund.
