These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with White Hat SEO Backlink (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide manual outreach link building, including guest posts, niche edits, blogger outreach and white-label link building. Each order or plan describes the number of placements and the minimum site metrics included.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate target URLs, anchor text preferences and any brand guidelines.
- Make sure your website and the pages you promote are legal and do not contain content that publishers will refuse (for example adult, gambling or illegal content, unless agreed in advance).
- Pay invoices on time. Work begins after payment is received.
Publishers and Results
Links are placed on websites owned by independent third-party publishers. We choose sites carefully, but we do not control them. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Link Replacement
If a link we placed is removed within 6 months of the publish date, we will replace it with a link of equal or better quality. See our Replacement and Refund Policy.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Placements are delivered during the month as they are published. Contact us before your next billing date if you want to pause or stop a plan.
Confidentiality
We do not share client names, target sites or reports with third parties. White-label reports are delivered without our branding.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
